Molloy Construction Services provides a wide range of construction management services for the commercial and industrial markets with a special focus on interior tenant fit-out projects.

Our experience allows us to walk clients through the construction process, step by step, with their best interests in mind.  It’s what has allowed us to keep client relationships going from one job to the next

When it comes to service in the construction management industry, it all boils down to open communication. Understand what we’re doing, with whom, and for that reason are all important factors to consider when taking on a new fit-out or rehab. We’re transparent advisors who are happy to take the time necessary to explain decisions or elaborate on recommendations – which are all made with your best interests and budget in mind.

People always ask : )

Paul Molloy founded Molloy Construction Services, LLC in May of 2010. It was started on a whim that was the result of the economic downturn at the time. Property owners and their agents were looking to renovate existing buildings as opposed to buying/building new, or to relocate to smaller/cheaper spaces. Paul saw that there was an opportunity to go out on his own and fill this demand. And we’ve grown a little more each year.

At Molloy Construction Services, we take pride in an open line of communication with our clients. Projects can’t get off the ground if there isn’t an open dialogue before the project begins so that everyone understands the work and potential challenges ahead.

We have a special focus on existing commercial and industrial building renovations. We find you really have to prepare yourself for anything that might arise once a space is demolished to make way for a new area. With our communication skills and preparation, our clients are better prepared before we even put our boots on.
